A non refundable deposit of 20% will secure your booking and the outstanding balance should be paid two months before the arrival date.

Notes to the rental rates
The change-over day is Saturday in high season.
Holiday dates out of season may be flexible.
The linen is provided with beds made up on arrival.
Hot water and cooking/lighting electricity is included in the price.
A refundable deposit may be requested to be paid locally on arrival, against damages etc.
There is no 'after-stay' cleaning charge, except at Villa San Martino.
