Casa Tartaruga is situated between Umbertide and Mercatale, 6 km distant from Umbertide. The house has about 3 acres of ground, and is not overlooked.
The lovely pool has roman steps and there is a changing cabin at the side of the pool, with a shower. The pool is 10 by 5 metres. There is also a boule playing court in the grounds.
The apartment is rented with one or two bedrooms, e.g. sleeping either 2/3 or 4/5 people. Breakfast is included in the price, if required.

The apartment is on the first and second floors of the house; a huge terrace with pool on the first floor, a balcony on the second floor.
The dining/sitting room has a panoramic view from the front of the house, and has television and video. There is a kitchenette fully equiped with a modern gas hob, electric oven and dishwasher.
On the second floor there is a double bedroom, and another twin bedroom with a third single bed. There is a modern bathroom with shower, wash basin, WC and bidet, and the washing machine is also housed here.

Notes to the rental rates
The change-over day is Saturday in high season; Holiday dates out of season can be flexible.
The linen is provided with beds made up on arrival.
Hot water and cooking/lighting electricity is included in the price.
