The three apartments of La Terrazza di San Martino are situated on the border between Umbria and Tuscany, in the small hamlet of San Martino near the village of Mercatale di Cortona. It is surrounded by the green hills of the 'Alto Tevere Umbro' and a short drive from Lake Trasimeno.

La Terrazza di San Martino is a typical rural house that has been completely restructured, with a swimming pool and an ample sun deck.
The three local family-managed apartments are ample and comfortable and between them can accommodate up to 9 people.
Given its position in the open country, pleasant walks and excursions can be made into the surrounding woodland and, with luck, at dusk you may see some local wildlife.

All the three apartments have independent access and have been fitted with pleasant furniture in a country style.
They have a generous garden of 1.25 acres; private, with parking and the possibility of accommodating domestic pets, as well as an ample swimming pool that overlooks the Niccone valley. |

 La Rosa comprises a kitchen-living room, one double bedroom, one single bedroom, and a bathroom with shower.
This apartment is accessible by wheelchair.

Notes to the rental rates
The change-over day is Saturday in high season; arrival 4pm - 8pm, departure by 10am.
The linen is provided with beds made up on arrival.
Hot water and cooking/lighting electricity/gas is included in the price.
A refundable deposit of €150 per apartment is to be paid locally on arrival, against damages etc.
There is no 'after-stay' cleaning charge.
Pool open 21 May to 8 October.
